Will inspect any type of food establishment, and/or lodging facility, conduct plan reviews of your establishment and conduct training courses. I am trained to conduct courses in Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) with regards to food safety and sanitation. Experienced in education and training in the above subjects, as well as septic, wastewater designs, and review, as well as new water system development, and testing water sources. I will refer to the appropriate agencies to gain approval of drinking water sources, or septic wastewater treatment.
