Welcome to RWM Food and Lodging Consulting

With over 30 years experience in public health, as a supervisor for the Maine Department of Health and Human Services and Associated with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and previously certified as a Food and Drug Safety Officer; RWM Food and Lodging Consulting can conduct compliance inspections for your eating and lodging establishments. We will create a plan review for new and renovated establishments to bring you up to code.

RWM Consulting will act as a liaison for acquiring licenses, advisory for eating and lodging (bed and breakfast establishments, hotels, and motels), liquor licensing, public safety requirements, pest management, tent and trailer campgrounds, and youth camps. RWM Consulting will also act as an advisor for the development of new water source supplies as well as assisting in the establishment of septic (wastewater) systems by contacting those that are the most appropriate and professional.
